When straight-laced fire superintendent Jake Carson and his elite team of expert firefighters come to the rescue of three siblings in the path of an encroaching wildfire, they quickly realize that no amount of training could prepare them for their most challenging job yet - babysitters. Unable to locate the children's parents, the firefighters have their lives, jobs and even their fire depot turned upside down and quickly learn that kids - much like fires - are wild and unpredictable.
Comedy - This is a silly and modest comedy aimed directly at kids and their families, so adult fans of stars John Cena, Keegan-Michael Key, and John Leguizamo should adjust expectations accordingly. There is no language nor content most parents would find objectionable outside of some mildly crude toilet gags.

Roger EbertFull Review Very Poor "Playing With Fire” wastes the ever-reliable Greer (with whom Cena has not an ounce of chemistry) and the hugely versatile Key. He gets the one genuinely funny line in the movie—a joke that only adults in the audience will understand—and is the only reason this is a half-star review rather than zero.

OPINION OVERVIEW The following is the original "What's Worth
Watching" write-up for this movie.
Based on a theater exit polling of 43 moviegoers:
WOW! These are GREAT REVIEWS! Movie critics didn't even feel this movie was worth reviewing, except for one, who rated it very poor. For a silly little comedy, these are exceptional reviews. It's extremely rare to see such a high percentage of "Fantastic" and "Excellent" reviews for this type of movie. I would say this is a movie you don't want to miss.
