Based on a theater exit polling of 69 moviegoers:
GREAT REVIEWS! Fans of Madea truly loved "A Madea Family Funeral." Approximately, two-thirds rated it "Fantastic" or "Excellent," which is extremely high for this type of movie. I would say that you probably need to be a strong Madea fan to truly enjoy this film. I'm not a big fan and I didn't find it all that funny, except for a few scenes, but I am apparently the exception.
