Storyline Heading
Trying to get back on her feet, wild child Tanya looks to her buttoned-up, by the book sister Danica to help her get back on track. As these polar opposites collide - with hilarious and sometimes disastrous results - Tanya discovers that Danica's picture-perfect life - including her mysterious boyfriend - may not be what it seems.

Movie Type (Genre) Heading
Comedy Drama - Unlike writer/director Tyler Perry's previous comedies, this film is very raunchy and adult-oriented, with constant language, sexual humor and situations, and drug use. So not only is the film not for kids, but more conservative members of his faith-oriented fan base may find the content too strong. Fans of Tiffany Haddish will enjoy, but the true lead is Tika Sumpter, and Omari Hardwick has a prominent supporting role. Whoopi Goldberg has only a little screen time.

Critic's Review Heading

Roger Ebert Full Review
Average ...it's a raunchy affair whose best lines are unprintable and whose middle act features a sex scene that got the packed audience at my theater hooting with lusty approval. ...though this is admittedly the funniest thing he's written. For all his faults, he can still catch you off-guard with a one-liner or quip.
