Action Adventure Sci-Fi - This is an effects-heavy monster action movie. While
fans of lead Dwayne Johnson will be pleased, the real
stars are the big effects and destruction. A lot of
intense action and violence with giant animals and
creatures will be of concern to parents of young kids,
as will the strong language.

Watching" write-up for this movie.
Based on a theater exit polling of 87 moviegoers:
CHILDREN: All but a few loved "Rampage."
TEENS: All the males and females loved it.
TWENTYSOMETHINGS: Three males loved it, two enjoyed it very much and one rated it "average." Three of the ladies loved it, two enjoyed it very much and two rated it "average" (enjoyable but nothing special or memorable).
ADULTS: The male and female reviews are nearly identical. Just over 60% loved it with another 10%, or so, enjoying it very much. Unfortunately, the remaining 25% felt it was just an "average" movie.
