Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May, under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark, Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine - distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your freindly neighborhood Spider-Man - but when the Vulture emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.
Action Adventure Sci-Fi - While this is the sixth feature film starring the popular Marvel
Comics superhero, this is another reboot of the series and the
to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe--so fans of those
should especially enjoy this installment. The tone is
lighter than previous Spider-Man films, and part of that is due
the more teen-centered and -targeted approach, for it is entirely
in high school and revolving around a 15-year-old Peter Parker.
of Tom Holland and Michael Keaton should enjoy but Robert Downey
Jr.'s screen time as Iron Man is limited, and Marisa Tomei and
Zendaya's roles are also small. While there is no graphic
some action scenes may be too intense for young kids, and there
some moderate language and brief alcohol. Most parents of pre-
and up will find this generally safe viewing, however.

Berardinelli, Internet CriticFull Review Above Average My guess is that Spider-Man fans will be so thrilled to have the Web Slinger back in the Marvel stable that they may not care that the narrative is threadbare with nary a moment's innovation to be found. ...although this Homecoming serves its purpose, it's just a forgettable waystation on the MCU map, where all roads lead to Infinity War.
Roger EbertFull Review Good "Spider-Man: Homecoming” is a comprehensively crowd-pleasing success. ...once the movie gets all its ducks in a row...it delivers some genuinely effective action/suspense set pieces... This is a picture designed to provide bright vivid thrills and breezy bits of amusement.
NY PostFull Review Excellent "Spider-Man: Homecoming” feels fresh and new, an endearingly awkward kid brother to the glamorous "Wonder Woman.” Beginning with a score that riffs on the late-'70s cartoon and closing with a slyly funny after-credits scene, it's as sure-footed as its arachnid namesake.
Rolling StoneFull Review Good Tom Holland is the best movie Spider-Man ever. He finds the kid inside the famous red onesie and brings out the kid in even the most hardened filmgoer. It's Holland who makes us care, not to mention that he did nearly 90 percent of the stunts. This is a star performance given by a born actor..
