The animals at the Franklin Park Zoo love their kindhearted caretaker, Griffin Keyes. Finding himself more comfortable with a lion than a lady, Griffin decides the only way to get a girl in his life is to leave the zoo and find a more glamorous job. The animals, in a panic, decide to break their time-honored code of silence and reveal their biggest secret: they can talk! To keep Griffin from leaving, they decide to teach him the rules of courtship - animal style.

Comedy Romantic - This is a talking animal comedy aimed at family audiences and fans of star Kevin James; all other actors take a back seat to him and the animals. This is fairly clean and safe material for kids.
PROFANITY: A few miscellaneous profanities. SEX/NUDITY: None. VIOLENCE: Comic falls and hits. DRUGS/ALCOHOL: Some alcohol. ACTION: A big chase. COMEDY: Animal humor; toilet humor; banter and wisecracks.

Based on a theater exit polling of 71 moviegoers:
CHILDREN:Nearly all of them loved "Zookeeper."
TEENS:Great reviews from the teens. Nearly all rated it extremely high.
TWENTYSOMETHINGS:The three males loved it and four of the five females loved it.
ADULTS:This is obviously not a movie designed for adults. These reviews aren't bad, but they aren't great either. About a third of you will likely love "Zookeeper" and slightly more will enjoy it very much. Unfortunately, many of you will only feel that it's an average movie. Only a very small percentage rated it below average, so most will enjoy "Zookeeper," at least to some degree.
