MILO VENTIMIGLIA (Denny Swift) is an American actor, director and producer.

Milo currently stars on the critically acclaimed drama series This is Us. He was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of the family patriarch, Jack Pearson. The show has been nominated for an Emmy Award, Golden Globe, Critics Choice Award, MTV TV Award and won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series and the People's Choice Award for Best New Drama.

In 2016 he reprised his role of Jess in the continuation of the critically-acclaimed television drama Gilmore Girls, which returned with four 90-minute episodes on Netflix. He recently starred on the ABC drama The Whispers, had a memorable recurring role as The Ogre in the FOX drama Gotham, and starred in the Frank Darabont helmed show Lost Angels, a fast-paced crime drama set in Los Angeles during the 1940s and '50s. Milo starred in NBC's drama Heroes, about a group of seemingly everyday people who discover they have super powers. The show received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Series - Drama and won the People's Choice Award for Favorite New Television Drama. Milo's other television credits include Tom Fontana's WB Series The Bedford Diaries, the critically-acclaimed drama American Dreams and David. E. Kelley's drama Boston Public.

Milo's passion for the art of acting keeps him drawn to both studio and independent features. Last year he starred alongside Jennifer Lopez in the romantic comedy Second Act and had a memorable cameo in Creed II. He starred alongside Sylvester Stallone playing his son Rocky Jr. in the sixth installment of the Rocky series Rocky Balboa; in Adam Sandler's That's My Boy and Grown Ups 2, and alongside Nicole Kidman in Grace of Monaco. His other film credits include Xan Cassavetes' Kiss of the Damned, Wild Card, a remake of the 1986 Burt Reynolds drama Heat alongside Jason Statham, The Killing Season with Robert DeNiro, Armored with Matt Dillon and Gamer alongside Gerard Butler.

Through his production company, DiVide Pictures, Milo executive produced the dramedy Relationship Status which debuted at Tribeca and premiered in 2016 exclusively on the streaming video app Verizon G90. The show uses the lens of social media to follow the interweaving lives of 30 some young people living in New York and Los Angeles. The show's second and third seasons aired in 2017. DiVide also has the project Kin in active development with Fox, a drama about a tight-knit Florida law-enforcement family who become the primary suspects in the disappearance of a notorious drug cartel leader following a DEA plane crash. DiVide is also developing a new police drama, Greenlit with NBC and recently sold three projects: Cordelia - a Latino take on King Lear, The End - a multi-camera comedy, and Committed - a reality series project about couples in various stages of their relationships.

Also through DiVide, Milo produced and starred in the web series Chosen, which launched on the multi-platform entertainment network Crackle. Chosen is comprised of six half-hour episodes, packed with non-stop action and shocking plot twists. The show follows Ian Mitchell (Milo), a husband, father and lawyer who awakens one morning to discover a mysterious box on his doorstep - and a photo of a stranger he is instructed to kill within the next three days. The show was so popular it had a second and third season and won a Seoul Drama Award in 2015. Milo also produced The Paranormal and Extraterrestrial Squad, a digital series about the misadventures of a ragtag group of ex-community college students searching for paranormal and extraterrestrial (PET) activity.

Milo is involved with the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America organization (IAVA), which supports veterans who need help when they return home from the war. He has visited the Middle East on a 10-day, three country USO tour and spent time meeting with the servicemen and women of the armed forces, and he made his second USO trip to Germany and Turkey and completed his third overseas tour in 2018.

Milo currently resides in Los Angeles.
